It takes us 3-4 days to make the product and 10-12 days to deliver the product.
So 15-20 days from the day you place the order.

after we took a break of 1.5 years, we realised that vinci had to be a made-to-order business to keep the operating costs down and also keep the environment in consideration

if you have your name on the journal, we wouldn't be able to accept the return of the product unless it came damaged to you

we accept all conventional payment methods, including COD.
however, COD is not available for customised books.
